It also has incorporated as standard the patented Kubota Anti Theft System and 3 years/3000 hours Parts and Labour Warranty.
The Tracked Dumper which uniquely partners the digger features hydrostatic transmission and power swivel skip enabling precise placement of materials on a wide range of terrains.
CCI was initially set-up in 2002 to enable young people at risk and adults with mental health issues to develop a derelict site in Lanark, South Lanarkshire. This project was so successful, with both groups benefiting hugely from their involvement, that it was decided to undertake futher people...
CCI fills a gap in services and support to severely disadvantaged people. CCI complements mainstream services. It does not duplicate their work. However, the benefits it brings to clients often reduces long term demands on mainstream services.
CCI provide opportunities for people who have experienced social exclusion and significant disadvantage to experience a real working environment and learn associated skills. Each individual's support needs are considered in detail by our specialist placement officers whilst developing a placement opportunity.
Since 2002, CCI has worked on a myriad of projects, all of which have had community or client input. Throughout this time Participants have gained invaluable experience of vocational and social skills and as a result have increased in their self-confidence, thus often reducing long term demands on mainstream services.
CCI schools projects are an important learning opportunity for all involved. Ongoing learning and creative play is encouraged and skills such as teamwork, social and practical skills are developed in the process as is the importance of being an inclusive society. All programmes are tailored to suit the specific needs of the school and the desired outcomes.
A number of projects have been completed for various development trusts, each incorporating differing design features, local elements and planting. CCI can assist in the design process or work to plans provided and use environmentally friendly, organic products wherever possible.
CCI's future vision is to expand both the range of opportunities available to clients and to widen the range of groups served. This expansion would therefore assist more individuals to participate in a real working environment, empowering them to make a tangible contribution to their community.
